Chisel and Bit Commissions:
Before you commission me, please note that there are fees that you will have to pay on top of the commission, the fee that you will have to pay is my Service Fee.
The Expedite Fee is an optional fee, so if you chose to pay this fee it will place your commission higher on my priority list.
Service Fee (NOT OPTIONAL): $3 USD per Commission

Simple Rooms: $10 USD
This would be good for the very simple bedroom, this will come with bitted furniture as well. There will be high attention to detail, and a final quality check by you to see if you love the build.

Complex Rooms: $20 USD
This would be good for a small studio apartment or a highly detailed room, this will come with bitted furniture as well. There will be high attention to detail, and a final quality check by you to see if you love the build.

Shops/Cafes Bundle: $30 USD
This bundle will have the exterior and the interior done all out of chisel and bits. There will be high attention to detail, and a final quality check by you to see if you love the build.

This bundle will a max amount of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, along with the exterior being done in chisel and bits. It also includes the backyard and frontyard. There will be high attention to detail, and a final quality check by you to see if you love the build.

This bundle will have a max amount of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, as well as the exterior being done in chisel and bits.
