GUIDELINES

These Guidelines cover the use of my service. For these purposes, when we refer to:

• The words "I", and "I've" what it means is that these words refers to the entity TysonAndKevin.

• The words "builds", and "my creations" what these words means is that it refers to the result of TysonAndKevin's Service.

Please remember that I have one major rule: do not distribute anything I've made. This means don't:

• give copies of builds;my creations to anyone else

• make commercial use of anything I've made without attributing TysonAndKevin

• try to make money from anything I've made without attributing TysonAndKevin

• let other people get access to anything I've made

unless I specifically agree to it or approve it.

Please also check back here from time to time as I may update these guidelines and provide further clarity.

REQUIREMENTS

There are Requirements that apply to the use of my service. If you are using any part of my creations, then what you are doing MUST:​

• NOT be unlawful, deceptive, obscene, harmful, or disparaging;

• NOT take action that would harm or damage my brand and reputation.

• NOT include anything else that would make people think you made my creations;

• comply with the Terms of Service

• sufficiently attribute TysonAndKevin for providing service

WHAT YOU CAN DO

NON-COMMERCIAL THINGS

I am very relaxed about things you do for yourself. Pretty much anything goes there - so have fun, and just don't distribute anything I've made.

​

I am less relaxed on other non-commercial things so in order to create and share videos, screen shots, machinima etc, using my creations you WILL NEED to attribute TysonAndKevin.

COMMERCIAL THINGS

I am less relaxed on commercial things. You may not use any of my creations in a way that reflects poorly on my brand.

You may use my creations if you:

• follow the Requirements;

• don't use any of my Brand as a part of any related branding including as or as part of any logo.

You may not make any other commercial use of any of my creations. For example, you may not sell any merchandise that uses any of my creations and you may not use my Brand as keywords or search tags for products that have no relationship with them or that are infringing or counterfeit.

I love the idea of people doing cool things with my creations and sharing those things with the community. That's something that I totally support and encourage. So feel free to do so but please also make sure you don't go too far. 

In addition to the specifics set above, where I allow you do something you will always need to attribute TysonAndKevin. For additional information on how to attribute TysonAndKevin, consult the Crediting

COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

• I retain the rights to decline any commissions requests, any promotion and marketing of a movie or product, will be rejected and declined.

• Commission payments are received only through Paypal as a form of security.

• Once I receive payment and server details, and only then will I start your commision and give you an estimated time of completion.

• Throughout the whole process I'll be showing you progress in the form of screenshots, and will be taking feedback from you, along with that you are welcome to monitor me while I build on a server. However, if there is something you don't like or not satisfied with, it is YOUR JOB to tell me as I am not a mind reader.

• If you request to change something or add anything to the finished commision, I will charge 10$USD for any changes you want done to the completed commision.

I love reference photos! I am happy to build whatever you want, having reference photos will greatly increase the chance of a satisfying outcome. However to add to that, I will never copy other RP creator's builds, so please don't use any of those as references. 

Once I start your commission you are not to redistribute, sell, or give away my work publicly by any means, or claim it as your own work. ​

IF YOU DELETE THE MAP OR BUILD IN ANY WAY THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, OR REBUILDING OF SAID COMMISION AT ALL, YOU WILL HAVE TO RE COMMISSION ME TO DO SO.

RECOMMENDATIONS

I highly recommend that you have the flat colored block mod. If you don't, it will affect the outcome of the final build and may not look correct.

If you are caught breaking any of these terms of services you are blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
